Payment and Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy outlines how Green Field Computer Academy (GFCA) manages online payments, cancellations, and refunds for courses, registrations, and services made through our website https://gfca.in.


1. Payment Gateway

  • All online payments on gfca.in are processed through our secure payment partner Razorpay.
  • Razorpay uses industry-standard encryption and compliance to ensure safe transactions.
  • We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets.
  • Once a payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

2. Payment Confirmation

  • Successful payment generates a transaction ID that must be retained for future reference.
  • If your payment is deducted but not confirmed, please email us at gfca.india@gmail.com with your transaction details.
  • GFCA will verify your payment within 2–3 business days and update your course or registration status accordingly.

3. Registration Fee

  • The Registration Fee paid during enrollment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • It covers administrative and processing costs at the time of admission.

4. Tuition Fee Refunds

Refunds for tuition fees are allowed only under the following conditions:

  1. The student has paid the tuition fee but the class has not yet started.
  2. The refund request is made within 7 days of the payment date.

Refund requests that meet the above criteria will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
Refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment (e.g., bank account, UPI, or card) used for the transaction.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Registration fee payment.
  • Class already started or attended.
  • Change of mind after course commencement.
  • Incomplete or false information provided during registration.
  • Delay or issue caused by the student’s own internet or device problem.

6. Course Cancellation or Changes by GFCA

  • GFCA reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel a course due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, students will be offered the option to:
    • Transfer their fee to another course, or
    • Receive a full refund of the tuition fee (registration fee excluded).

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Gurugram District Court, Haryana.
