This website is operated by Green Field Computer Academy, located at Shop No. 3, Siddhi Vinayak Complex, Village Basai, Basai Road, Gurugram, Haryana – 122006.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Green Field Computer Academy.
By visiting our site and/or making a payment, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service, modify content, or suspend any user account without prior notice in case of policy violation or misuse.

2. Affiliation with E-Max (Education Maximum)

Green Field Computer Academy operates under the academic guidance of E-Max (Education Maximum) —
an autonomous organization dedicated to Computer Teacher Training and Vocational Education, registered under the SR Act (Reg. No. HRKKR201500328) and listed with NITI Aayog, Government of India.

Student data such as name, enrollment number, and course details may be securely shared with E-Max for certification, verification, and record-keeping purposes.

3. Payments

All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay using debit cards, credit cards, UPI, or net banking.

  • You agree to provide valid and accurate payment and contact details.
  • Payment confirmation is automatically sent via email or SMS.
  • We do not store your bank or card information on our servers.
  • Transaction failures due to connectivity or bank errors are not the responsibility of GFCA.

4. Fees and Refunds

  • Registration Fee: Non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Tuition Fee: Refunds are permitted within 7 days only if classes have not yet started.
  • Once the course has commenced, no refund or transfer of fees will be processed.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to gfca.india@gmail.com.

5. Courses and Services

We strive to keep course content accurate and updated, but reserve the right to modify or discontinue any course, module, or batch schedule without prior notice.

All courses are subject to availability and may require verification or prerequisites as per E-Max guidelines.

6. Data Collection and Analytics

Our website uses tools like:

  • Google Analytics
  • Google AdSense
  • Facebook Pixel

These are used to understand user behavior, display relevant ads, and measure marketing performance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
